We currently deliver across all Emirates within the UAE.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: 1–3 business days
• Other Emirates: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before completing your order.

Order Tracking
Customers will receive shipping updates via email, SMS, or WhatsApp whenever available.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

نوفر خدمة التوصيل إلى جميع إمارات دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

مدة تجهيز الطلبات
يتم تجهيز الطلبات عادة خلال يوم إلى يومي عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب.

مدة التوصيل المتوقعة

• دبي، أبوظبي، الشارقة: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل
• باقي الإمارات: من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل

قد تختلف أوقات التوصيل خلال العطلات الرسمية أو فترات العروض الموسمية أو بسبب ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة.

رسوم الشحن
يتم عرض رسوم الشحن، إن وجدت، أثناء إتمام عملية الشراء.

تتبع الطلب
سيتم إرسال تحديثات الشحن عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية أو واتساب عند توفرها.

رضاكم هو أولويتنا.

مدة الاسترجاع
يمكن طلب إرجاع المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام وفقاً للشروط التالية.

شروط الاسترجاع
يجب أن يكون المنتج:

• غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية
• مرفقاً بجميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي
• غير متضرر بسبب سوء الاستخدام

المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع
بعض المنتجات قد لا تكون مؤهلة للإرجاع لأسباب صحية أو تتعلق بالسلامة، إلا في حال وصولها تالفة أو بها عيب مصنعي.

المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة
في حال استلام منتج تالف أو غير مطابق للطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور أو فيديو يوضح المشكلة.

استرداد المبالغ
سيتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة بعد الموافقة على طلب الإرجاع باستخدام وسيلة الدفع الأصلية متى كان ذلك ممكناً.

إلغاء الطلب
يمكن إلغاء الطلب فقط قبل شحنه أو تسليمه لشركة التوصيل.
